Carbon Black: Sunrise has a full range of high-pigment, medium-pigment and ordinary-pigment carbon black products, which are widely used in automobiles, electrical appliances, industrial seals, plates and membrane materials, etc., with professional application testing equipment, providing professional application technical support and strict quality assurance.

Colored aluminium pigment: Through the coating of organic polymer pigments or inorganic metal oxides, a uniform and dense coloring layer is formed on the surface of the aluminium sheet, so that the colored aluminium retains a high metallic texture and high hiding rate, and has excellent properties such as temperature resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and rich and colorful color effects. Widely used in powder coatings, injection molding, automotive coatings, inks, 3C, UV and other industries.

Passivated bronze powder: The surface treatment with passivating agent reduces its reactivity, enhances the product's temperature resistance, and significantly improves its stability in water-based systems. This product is suitable for water-based acrylic resin ink systems, low-temperature baking varnish, low-temperature injection molding, and masterbatch applications.

Silicon-coated bronze powder: The silicon dioxide surface coating technology is used to form a dense protective layer on the surface of the copper-gold powder, giving it excellent physical and chemical stability and high temperature resistance. This product is suitable for plastics, silicone, high-temperature injection molding, powder coatings, baking varnishes, and other process fields that require high-temperature processing.

At this exhibition, Sunrise launched a series of aluminium pigments for plastics.

(1) High-end general grade: Suitable for PP, PE, ABS, PS, PMMA, PET and other materials, with strong broad spectrum, can pass multiple environmental protection tests, stable product performance and strong supply capacity; (2) PC special series: Through the new process and coating treatment, the compatibility of aluminium flakes and PC is greatly improved, and the degree of influence of aluminium pigment on the impact performance of PC is effectively reduced. The product performance under the PE wax system is improved by about 70%; (3) Polyolefin super dispersion series: Our company has developed a new product specifically for the polyolefin system. Its dispersibility is greatly improved compared with the general purpose. It can meet the good dispersion effect under the condition of direct injection molding without extrusion, and has a good improvement on the surface defects of the polyolefin system; (4) Sheet special series: Effectively solve the problem of dispersant precipitation in the extrusion process, and extrusion is smoother.
