Standard Non-leafing Aluminium Paste
With its very fine particle size, narrow distribution, smoothness, and remarkable hiding power, this series contributes not only excellent brightness but also a flawless, fine, and white surface effect.
The pelletised aluminium pigment is composed of aluminium powder, additives, and a carrier. The aluminium powder consists of silver dollar and cornflake particles ranging from 5 to 100 µm in size. Pelletised aluminium pigment typically contains approximately 80% aluminium, with the remainder comprising additives and carrier materials. Plastics enhanced with our pelletised aluminium pigment can withstand temperatures up to 280°C for 5 minutes, with certain models offering resistance up to 300°C.
